Conference Fees

REGISTRATION FEE

*Proof of student status is required. We will accept one of the following types of documents:

1) scanned copy of valid student ID card, with clearly displayed expiration date.

2) an official letter of confirmation from the student's university (or fee bill), with clearly displayed issue date and valid semester.

Extra CD proceeding $65.00 USD

Hard-copy proceedings can be ordered directly from Springer at www.springer.com (Authors will receive a 33.3% discount off list price).

The registration fee for conference attendees covers:

• Access to all plenary, technical and workshop sessions

• Conference proceedings on CD

• Coffee, snacks, lunches, and social events 1 and 2 (see below)

• Registration materials, conference guide, and giveaway items.

There is no fee to attend the tutorials, but please, fill out the registration form.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON payments for SOCIAL EVENTS:

Please note that:

1. Only registered participants will be allowed to attend scientific sessions and take part in social events. The participants are required to complete the Registration Form.

2. The registration fee does not include personal insurance. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Conference.

3. All refund requests must be in writing and received before April 30, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date.

4. A $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price.

5. Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time.
