CANCELLATION POLICY All refund requests must be in writing and received before May 16, 2004 No refunds will be accepted after this date. A 50 Euro cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price. Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, on the base of an email informing us of the change.

Plase note that: Only registered participants will be allowed to attend scientific sessions and take part in social events. The participants are required to complete the Registration Form. A limited number of grants for young scientists from former socialist countries will be available. One of the Authors of an accepted paper may apply for reduced fee (200 Euro – it covers the same items as fee for students). In such case, the Registration Form for persons applying for the Conference Grant should be used. Please send the form to the organizers before February 17, 2004. The registration fee does not include personal insurance: Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Conference.
