The conference hotel of
ICCS 2007 will be

with a room rate of $50 to $70. It has 60 conference rooms and 1000
guest
rooms. Beijing's weather in the last week of May is about 70-80 F.
Although
it has been a capital city of China for more than 500 years, Beijing is
also a modern city and will host the 2008 International Olympics Games.

Jiuhua Spa & Resort （九 华山庄）
As a royal palace in the old days, Jiuhua Spa & Resort （九华山庄） undoubtedly features a deep accumulation of culture, which is reflected in its architectures of Ming & Qing style and places of interests. Next to the Six Ring Road, and forty minutes’ drive from the Beijing International Airport, Jiuhua Spa & Resort is the nearest holiday inn away from the downtown. The conference has negotiated special rates with the Jiuhua Spa & Resort.
All Standard rooms have Internet access.
Price of Standard rooms:
In area 15th, $60 per day for International participants, ￥450 per day for Domestic Chinese participants; (Including breakfast)
The following are fully booked and are not available anymore:- In area 10th, $50 per day for International participants, ￥380 per day for Domestic Chinese participants; (Including breakfast, mainly for student participants)
- In area 16th, $70 per day for International participants, ￥540 per day for Domestic Chinese participants; (Including breakfast)
Note:
- Check-out before 12:00 at noon. Check-out after 12:00 but before 18:00, a half-day rate will be charged; check-out after 18:00, one day rate will be charged.
- First come, first serve.
- Because the rooms in Building 10 and Building 16 are full during ICCS 2007, only the rooms in building 15 are available and the price is $60 for one night. It will be about 5 minutes walking distance from Building 15 to Buildings 10 and 16.
- The hotel check-in requires the valid passport.
- There will be 500RMB or equivalent as the deposit for each of you for the room card when you check in the hotel.
- There will be a group photo-taken during the ICCS 2007 Opening. The price of the photo is $10 or 80 RMB.
